You need to write a speech, now what?
You're staring at a blank screen,
You signed up for Toastmasters because you wanted to get better at speaking. seemed simple enough.
then you got assigned your first speech and suddenly you're like... wait, what goes where? how long should this be? what am I actually supposed to say? everyone else seems to know what they're doing.
So you sit there. waiting for inspiration. waiting for it to "click".
Spoiler: staring at blank screens doesn't make speeches appear!
What actually works? having a system. a real one. not some vague "just tell a story bro" advice. but an actual framework that tells you exactly what to include, how to structure it, why it matters.
the people crushing it at Toastmasters? they're not more talented than you. they just know the formula and yeah, you could spend weeks figuring it out on your own. or you could shortcut the frustration.
Either way — you've got this. the speech in your head? it wants to get out
